I will express my disappointment when she decided to not to continue with Ms. Shaneeke Osbourne, because inspite of everything, her time at improving the 100 and 200meter races were moving forward at achieving greatness lied in the hands of that coach. They were doing well together until her husband intervened and made money the factor. Elaine has it in her to do well, and so the distraction came and here she's now struggling at how to manage her injuries at such a critical time. I sincerely pray that she'll find her way to finish "STRONG". My prayers are continuously with her. 🙏🙏🙏

To avoid injury as much as possible, an athlete must eat properly and get sufficient sleep. Many athletes eat too much fast food and other junk foods and party alot. Surely, there are a few separate contributing factors, but these are two of them. Eat right + sleep right = body right.
